Dr. Antonio María de Lacy Fortuny stands as a distinguished gastrointestinal surgeon with over 30 years of exemplary experience, specializing in laparoscopic surgeries. Renowned for his expertise, Dr. Lacy has garnered acclaim for successfully treating various abdominal diseases, including colon cancer, rectal cancer, liver cancer, stomach cancer, pancreatic cancer, and more. Proficient in Spanish, Catalan, English, and French, his linguistic versatility enhances patient communication and care. Educationally, Dr. Antonio Maria De Lacy completed his graduation from the University of Barcelona in 1986, followed by a Ph.D. and specialization in gastric and abdominal surgery from the same institution in 1987. He further honed his skills through training at EMORY University in Atlanta, Cleveland Clinic, Mount Sinai Hospital, and Cornell University.
