Dr. Mustafa Yuksel, a distinguished general surgeon, is an integral part of Marmara University Hospital in Turkey, Istanbul. With a rich academic background, Dr. Yuksel graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1977 and obtained his specialization in Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery from Ankara Atatürk Chest Diseases and Thoracic Surgery Center in 1983. He embarked on a remarkable career journey, serving as an assistant chief at Heybeliada Chest Diseases and Thoracic Surgery Center until 1990. In 1991, Dr. Yuksel established the Department of Thoracic Surgery at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, where he contributed significantly as an Assistant Professor.
