Dr. Nabil Ragaei is a highly regarded Ophthalmologist in Spain, renowned for his extensive expertise in the field of ophthalmology. With a rich educational background, he obtained his bachelor's degree in medicine and surgery from Cairo University in Egypt, followed by a master's degree in Ophthalmology in 1992. Dr. Nabil further honed his skills by qualifying as an Ophthalmology doctor at Complutense University, Madrid, in 2003. Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Nabil Ragaei has treated thousands of patients across Spain and beyond. His professional journey includes serving as an Ophthalmologist at El Zara´aine Hospital and holding a position as a resident Ophthalmologist at the Ophthalmological Research Center at the University of Cairo. Dr. Nabil's commitment to the field led to his appointment as a specialist of Ophthalmology at La Beata María Ana Hospital in Spain in March 2007. Currently, he serves as the Director of the Ophthalmology department at Quirónsalud San José Hospital since 2005 and heads the Ophthalmology Unit at Quirónsalud Marbella Hospital since January 2012. Dr. Nabil Ragaei holds medical licenses in both Egypt and Spain, showcasing his dedication to delivering exceptional eye care. He is an active member of prestigious societies, including the Egyptian and Spanish societies for Ophthalmology, SEO, ISRS, ESCRS, and SECOIR. Dr. Nabil has contributed significantly to the field, publishing about 13 scientific journals and participating in over 60 global scientific conferences. His outstanding achievements include receiving the Dr. Abdel El Rehim Fouad Award for securing the first position in the master's degree of Ophthalmology and being honored with the title of KNIGHT (Caballero De Gracia de La Orden de San Lazaro) in October 2019.
