Dr. Haag Heinz began his medical journey in Germany, earning his medical degree from Humboldt University. He later pursued specialization in otolaryngology at the University of Vienna, complemented by research and thesis work at Humboldt University. His commitment to furthering his skills led him to Spain, where he undertook fellowship training at Hospital Sant Pau and Barcelona University, supported by an ERASMUS scholarship. Dr. Haag Heinz's professional trajectory includes valuable experiences, starting as a general surgeon at the Salus Center at Femininas Clinic. He honed his skills during a fellowship at Bellvitge Hospital in Barcelona, specializing in otolaryngology. A brief tenure in Switzerland at the Center of the Canton of Vaud Hospital allowed him to contribute as an otolaryngologist, performing various surgical procedures. Returning to Germany in 2012, he joined the University Hospital Tuebingen, contributing to the neurosurgery unit. Since 2006, Dr. Oliver Haag Heinz has been an integral part of Sant Joan de Déu Hospital, currently serving as a neurologist and otolaryngologist.
