Prof. Dr. Andrzej Bochenek is one of the top cardiac surgeons in Poland, with over five decades of experience in cardiac surgery, general surgery, and angiology. He is a co-founder and serves on the Supervisory Board of the American Heart of Poland. Dr. Bochenek played a pivotal role in Poland's first successful heart transplants in the mid-1980s, under the guidance of Professor Zbigniew Religa. His international experience includes work at leading institutions in Sweden, the UK, and the USA.
