
CRM Administrator
As the Administrator and CRM Data Coordinator at Best Clinic Abroad, I ensure every patient case is organized, accurate, and handled efficiently from the first inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. I work behind the scenes to support our medical coordinators, maintain clear communication records, and keep all client information structured and up to date in our CRM system—so the patient journey stays smooth, fast, and well-managed.
My role focuses on operational accuracy and continuity. This includes collecting and verifying patient details, organizing medical reports (MRI/CT, lab results, discharge summaries), logging treatment requests, updating case timelines, and ensuring each file is ready for clinic review and quotations. I also coordinate internal handovers, track ongoing conversations, and help ensure that nothing is missed during the treatment planning process.
