Dr. Athanasia Zampeta is an experienced Dermatologist and Venereologist specializing in clinical dermatology, pediatric dermatology, and aesthetic dermatology. With extensive training across Greece, the United Kingdom, and the United States, she provides comprehensive care for a wide range of skin conditions using modern dermatological approaches.

Dr. Zampeta completed her medical degree at the University of Ioannina, Greece, followed by clinical training and internships at leading healthcare institutions including University Hospital of Ioannina, Royal Free Hospital NHS in London, and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Trust. These international experiences strengthened her expertise in diagnosing and treating both common and complex dermatological conditions.

She completed her residency in Dermatology and Venereology at the Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases, University Hospital of Ioannina, where she gained advanced experience in clinical dermatology, skin infections, inflammatory skin diseases, and venereal conditions.

To further advance her expertise, Dr. Zampeta pursued postgraduate training in Pediatric Dermatology at Boston Children’s Hospital, Harvard University Medical School, one of the world’s leading centers for pediatric care. She is also actively involved in academic research as a PhD candidate focusing on non-melanoma skin cancers and precancerous skin lesions.
